Configuration Completion

Congratulations! You've almost completed the configuration of your stromleser.one. In this final step, we'll check if everything is working correctly.

What Happens Now?​

After you've set all parameters, your stromleser.one will:

  • ✅ Check the connection to the meter
  • ✅ Read first data
  • ✅ Save configuration to the cloud
  • ✅ Begin regular data transmission

Verifying Configuration​

1. Check LED Status​

Look at the LED on your stromleser.one:

  • Blinking green = Everything's running perfectly! Data is being read
  • Blinking red = There's a problem – see Troubleshooting

2. First Data in the App​

  1. Go to the device overview in the app
  2. Select your stromleser.one
  3. You should now see the first data:
    • Current consumption in watts
    • Meter reading
    • If available: PV feed-in
Note

It may take up to 30 seconds before the first data appears in the app.

What If No Data Is Displayed?​

If no data appears after 1-2 minutes:

Step 1: Check LED​

  • LED blinking green: Everything ok, wait a bit longer
  • LED blinking red: Perform a Factory Reset

Step 2: Check Position​

  1. Is the reading head correctly positioned on the optical interface?
  2. Is the logo facing forward (toward you)?
  3. Is the magnet firmly attached to the meter?

Step 3: Meter Compatibility​

  • Check if your meter is really on the compatibility list
  • Some meters need to be activated by the grid operator first
