Stromleser TTL Overview

This guide covers installation, configuration, and scripting for Stromleser TTL read heads to monitor one or multiple electricity meters.

What is Stromleser TTL?​

  • Infrared (IR) read head for digital electricity meters.
  • Reads data via the optical (D0) interface and converts it to TTL serial data.
  • Can be connected to microcontrollers, WiFi modules or smart home systems.
  • Supports monitoring multiple meters: can read data from up to 4 meters using several TTL read heads on a single base station.
