Finding the Right Script

Step 1: Identify Meter Model​

Look at your electricity meter and note:

  • Manufacturer (e.g., EMH, Iskra, EasyMeter, Landis+Gyr)
  • Model number (e.g., eHZ, MT 631, Q3A, E320)

You'll find this information on the front of the meter.

Common Meter Examples
  • EMH: eHZ, eBZD, ED300L
  • Iskra: MT 631, MT 681, MT 691
  • EasyMeter: Q1A, Q3A, Q3B
  • Landis+Gyr: E220, E320, E350

Step 2: Find Script in Library​

  1. Open the Script Library
  2. Use Ctrl+F (Windows) or Cmd+F (Mac) to search for your meter model
  3. Search for manufacturer and model number

Step 3: Copy Script​

When you've found your meter model:

  1. Select the complete script
  2. Copy it with Ctrl+C (Windows) or Cmd+C (Mac)

My meter model is not in the list​

  • Try a similar model from the same manufacturer
  • Ask in the community forum

Multiple scripts match my meter​

  • Choose the newest script
  • When in doubt: choose the simpler script

I have an analog meter (Ferraris)​

Analog meters with rotating disc are not compatible. The stromleser.tasmota only works with digital meters with IR interface.
