LED Indicators
The LED indicator on the wasserleser informs you about the current device status.
LED Behavior
The wasserleser uses different LED colors and blinking patterns to indicate the respective device status.
LED Status Overview
| Situation | LED Behavior | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| No WiFi | Red slowly blinking | Device cannot connect to WiFi |
| WiFi connection being established | Blue slowly blinking | Device is trying to connect to WiFi |
| WiFi successfully connected | Green quickly blinking → OFF | Connection successful, then LED turns off |
| Normal operation | OFF | Device is working normally, LED is off |
| After factory reset | Blue quickly blinking | Device is ready for new setup |
| Water consumption detected | Single blue light pulse → OFF | Meter pulse was registered |
What Do the Colors Mean?
🔴 Red (slowly blinking)
The device has no WiFi connection. Check:
- Is WiFi turned on?
- Are the WiFi credentials correct?
- Is the device within range of the router?
🔵 Blue (slowly blinking)
The wasserleser is trying to connect to WiFi. Please wait a moment.
🔵 Blue (quickly blinking)
After a factory reset, the LED blinks blue quickly. This means the wasserleser is ready for a new setup.
🔵 Blue (single pulse)
Water consumption was detected – this is normal.
🟢 Green (quickly blinking)
The WiFi connection was successfully established. The LED then automatically turns off.
⚫ Off
Normal operation - the device is working properly.
