Stromleser TTL Overview
This guide covers installation, configuration, and scripting for Stromleser TTL read heads to monitor one or multiple electricity meters with the stromleser.tasmota 2.
What is Stromleser TTL?
- Infrared (IR) read head for digital electricity meters.
- Reads data via the optical (D0) interface and converts it to TTL serial data.
- Can be connected to microcontrollers, WiFi modules or smart home systems.
- Supports monitoring multiple meters: the stromleser.tasmota 2 has 2 TTL ports. Together with the built-in read head, it reads up to 3 meters at the same time.
