Troubleshooting
Here you will find solutions for common problems with the wärmeleser.
WiFi won't connect
- Red LED permanently lit: WiFi not connected. Reset the wärmeleser (see Device Reset) and run app setup again.
- Check that your router provides 2.4 GHz WiFi.
- Check the WiFi password and signal strength.
No data in the app
- Make sure the wärmeleser is powered and the green LED (WiFi connected) is lit.
- Open the app and check whether the device is shown as online.
- If problems continue: perform a reset and set up again.
